Problem

The first problem was with the old website. It was not useable for users and the conversion rate was low. The second problem was the the company merging 2 products (Trio and Safes School) as 1 product. So basically rebranding Safes School and turning it into Trio Education was a big challenge for the company, as they had to handle two products (Business and Education) in one website.

Comprehensive research

The research encompasses various methodologies, including surveys and usability testing. Key focus areas include intuitive navigation, clear information architecture. By analyzing user interactions and feedback, I aim to provide actionable insights to improve the website’s design, functionality, and overall user satisfaction.

Concept options

2 Products, 1 Click

I designed two websites for the company: Trio Business and Trio Education. (Formerly known as Safes School). We needed a consistent design language for both of these websites And also for switching between these websites we came up with the idea of a switch in header.
